Our Process

​Our consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, disciplines and education, ensuring that our approach considers all angles. Our staff’s diversity lets us find the best solution for making our client's renovation project or new development idea successful. Whenever a client has an idea, we produce a strategy to make that idea work.

We can coordinate and manage all or specific parts of any project. We gather data from our initial meetings with the client, colleagues, architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, regulatory agencies and field surveys to create a management plan that addresses your needs and goals. We formulate a rough cost estimate to assist the client in pursuing a plan that meets both their needs and budget requirements.

We assist our client's in selecting and then we manage the general contractor, sub-contractors, specialty providers, designer and architect according to the client's project needs and the designated scope of work. We provide precise updates and progress photos on scheduled intervals to manage expectations and maintain project momentum and progress. We create cost analysis reports, task lists and work schedules. We listen carefully to our client's wishes and goals. We then fine-tune our process to be more responsive to our client's needs.
